Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Includesum Concrete wants includesum.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site workable with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Use plain, everyday language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a page is hard for you to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@includesum.living and we'll do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@includesum.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We'll read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. We'll keep it in mind each time we update the site.
