How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Includesum Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Includesum Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Includesum Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@includesum.living and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We'll confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We'll then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
