Disclaimer: Please Read Before Using This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use includesum.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Includesum Concrete provides referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work at all. Any job at your home is carried out by an independent provider, never by Includesum Concrete.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work, or that a provider can serve your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content on this site is general information, not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules change from one property to the next. Talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About the Prices You See

Costs shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Stay Safe

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep kids and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Includesum Concrete Gets Paid

Includesum Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
